Welcome to Foxy Gems Craft Club at Kelvin Grove Primary School!

Foxy Gems is a STEAM inspired arts and crafts enrichment club where children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 (ages 7 - 11) build, design, create and invent exciting projects every week — developing real skills whilst having an absolute blast doing it.

Every Monday after school your child will walk into a colourful, welcoming creative space and spend one hour 15 minutes making something they are genuinely proud of. From robots and rockets to dreamcatchers and animal sculptures — every session brings a brand new themed project that sparks imagination, builds confidence and develops essential life skills.

What makes Foxy Gems different?

Unlike a standard craft club, every Foxy Gems session is STEAM inspired — combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths into every project. Children are not just making things — they are thinking, problem solving, designing and inventing.

What will my child be doing?

Each session has an exciting theme. Past and planned projects include:

Building rockets from recycled materials
Designing and constructing robots
Creating dreamcatchers
Making musical instruments
Engineering airplanes
Crafting animal sculptures
Nature and eco art using recycled materials......and much more — every week brings something new!

Foxy Gems is led by an experienced teacher and former Deputy Head of College with 15 years of specialist SEND experience. Every session is fully differentiated and inclusive — welcoming children of all abilities and needs.

Suitable for: Key Stage One — Year 1 and Year 2 | Ages 5 to 7

Spaces are strictly limited to ensure every child receives the attention they deserve. Payment secures your child's place. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a registration form to complete before your child's first session.
